Terms and Conditions: Customer Loyalty Program

Introduction

The Lime Concept Customer Loyalty Program (hereinafter Customer Loyalty Program) offers regular customers premium benefits in participating stores in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.

Any customer can become a member of the Customer Loyalty Program. To become a member, the customer must make a purchase in any of the participating stores, fill in and approve the Customer Loyalty Program registration and consent to the processing of his/her personal data. To meet the requirements for membership activation, the customer must supply at least two forms of identifying data e.g. email address and phone number, which is verified by the SMS.

Customer Loyalty Program membership

The member will not receive a loyalty card, instead the member is registered in the customer database.

The member will receive a 10% discount when his/her accumulated spending exceeds CZK 30,000. This discount is then valid for 24 months. In order to retain the discount, the member’s accumulated spending must exceed CZK 20,000 during this 24 month period. The deciding date is the date of the last positive transaction.

The member will receive a 15% discount when his/her accumulated spending exceeds CZK 50,000. This discount is then valid for 24 months. In order to retain the discount, the member’s accumulated spending must exceed CZK 25,000 during this 24 month period. The deciding date is the date of the last positive transaction.

If the accumulated spending over the next 24 consecutive months does not reach the required amount (CZK 20,000 or CZK 25,000), the LIME Concept company reserves the right to lower the discount so that it corresponds with the accumulated spending, i.e. 10% when the accumulated spending is between CZK 20,001 and CZK 24,999, and 0% when the accumulated spending is less than CZK 20,000.

Accumulated spending also includes items on sale. Discounts cannot be accumulated. The Customer Loyalty Program discount cannot be used for items on sale or for damaged items on sale.

The Customer Loyalty Program discount cannot be used for supplementary sales, buying gift cards and items that are excluded from the Customer Loyalty Program discount as stated in the terms and conditions or as stated in individual stores.

When paying with gift cards, the Customer Loyalty Program discount can be used on condition that the final price, including discounts, is at least as high as the gift cards’ value.

As part of the Customer Loyalty Program the member may be included in time limited events that include special price offers, discounts or other benefits.

Communication with Customer Loyalty Program members

Members of the Customer Loyalty Program may be contacted via newsletters (info@limeconcept.cz), text messages and emails sent to the phone number and email address that the member provided in the Customer Loyalty Program registration form.

Communications may include:

Customer Loyalty Program registration and participation;

Updates on Customer Loyalty Program discounts based on the accumulated spending amount;

Information about time limited events for members of the Customer Loyalty Program, with special price offers, discounts or other benefits;

Cancellation or suspension of Customer Loyalty Program membership.

Customer Loyalty Program membership cancellation

To cancel a Customer Loyalty Program membership, the member can use a form, which can be found in the footer of emails received from info@limeconcept.cz, or the member can send an email (subject „NE LIME CONCEPT“) to info@limeconcept.cz. In this case the membership is cancelled, at the latest, two working days after the cancellation request was sent.

The Customer Loyalty Program membership ceases automatically if:

The Customer will not make at least 1 purchase in 24 consecutive months.

The Customer Loyalty Program member provides false, inaccurate or misleading information when registering.

The Customer Loyalty Program member abuses the benefits available to him/her through the Customer Loyalty Program.

The Customer Loyalty Program member sends written notice to cancel his/her consent for his/her personal data processing.

The LIME Concept company decides to terminate the Customer Loyalty Program.
